during this year's promotion exercise, two of my colleagues - Dr Fanny Khng and Dr Sun He - and i were promoted to Senior Research Scientists. He and Fanny are affiliated with the Centre for Research in Child Development at the National Institute of Education (NIE), while i retain my affiliation with the Centre for Research in Pedagogy and Practice.
