through God's grace alone, i have been afforded the opportunity to share our team's work on Disciplinary Intuitions at a colloquium sponsored by the Cognition and Development program and the Graduate Group in Science and Mathematics Education (informally known as SESAME) program, of the Graduate School of Education, Berkeley.
the CD program and SESAME run their Monday colloquiua for exchanging ideas, approaches, and innovations in education research. Events are free and open to the public.
SESAME is an interdisciplinary graduate program leading to a doctoral degree in science, mathematics, or engineering education. The program is designed to give graduates advanced expertise in a scientific discipline as well as in educational theory and research methodologies.
i love the Berkeley campus for its mixture of architectural elements, flora, and fauna. it will be such a privilege to visit and interact with faculty and students from the CD / SESAME programs on the 25th of November. i am deeply grateful to my hosts for the trust they have extended to me.
