i am very humbled to share that - in partnership with A/P Lee Yew Jin, A/P Yan Yaw Kai and Dr Peter Lee from the Natural Sciences and Science Education (NSSE) Academic Group of the National Institute of Education (NIE) - my team has been awarded US$40000 under the NIE’s Incentivising ICT Use Innovation Grant.
the title of our project is Learner-Generated Augmentation as an approach to Chemistry Education with Augmented Reality.
The project builds on my team’s collaboration with the National Pingtung University, which we enacted last year.
We plan to take Learner-Generated Augmentation to complement pre-service undergraduate Chemistry courses at the NIE.
This grant marks my team’s very first grant in support of our use of Augmented Reality, and we are very grateful for it.
