further to my post five months’ ago, my team and i are really happy and privileged to welcome three college students to our projects offered under NTU’s Undergraduate Research Experience on Campus (URECA) programme for the Academic Year 2018 / 2019.
one of the students is from the School of Social Sciences, another is from the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, and the other is on the Teaching Scholars Programme.
the opportunity to participate in URECA is extended through invitation only to select second- and third-year undergraduates, who will subsequently be conferred as NTU President Research Scholars.
the projects we have offered are:
NIE18092 - Exploring the affordances of Augmented Reality with respect to the learning of science in undergraduate curriculum
NIE18137 - Exploring the affordances for learning of emerging technologies of augmentation and immersion in History education and / or Social Studies education
and
NIE18157 - Exploring authenticity in learning through robots
