the one-hundred-and-twenty-fourth episode of ventriloquy is a recording of the first-third of an introductory talk on Second Life, that i gave today to colleagues from the National Institute of Education, the Ministry of Education, and the S Rajaratnam School of International Studies / Nanyang Technological University.
unlike my talk two weeks' ago, today's presentation - the recording of which is 6.2 MB in size - was targetted at people who are approaching Second Life with very little prior knowledge.
unfortunately, i ran out of disk space after only twenty minutes, and therefore i am not able to bring you most of the talk. for this i do sincerely apologise.
