just three days ago i posted on how Real Life imitates Second Life (... or, is it the other way around? :-P )
well, this morning, i had another such moment happen to me.
i was trying out the pair of primOptic Linea spectacles which i had just purchased from Nibb Tardis's main store over at Terra Toulouse, and came to the part of the detailed instructions which was describing how to configure the degree of shine from the spectacles frame.
it talked about enabling the 'bumpmapping and shiny' option in the preferences of the Second Life Viewer.
i tried doing just that, and, lo and behold, i honestly starting seeing the world in a whole new light (literally and metaphorically). such was the sea-change that i felt that i had to revisit all the places i have been to, over the past six weeks just to see how everything looked with 'bumpmapping and shiny' enabled :-P
it truly felt that i the primOptic Linea had corrected my avatar's eyesight.
go get your pair of primOptics now. your avatar will thank you :-)
