the iTunes Store received a major revamp three days' ago, with the introduction of movie downloads.
apparently, movies weren't the only thing added to the Store, though.
God had a terrific surprise in store for me today when i browsed the Store's podcast directory.
i am overjoyed to share with you the news that, after having been listed in the directory since 16 July 2005, ventriloquy is now a featured podcast in the 'education' -> 'k-12' sub-category!
as one of ninety podcasts featured in the 'k-12' sub-category, ventriloquy finds itself in the top 5% of podcasts here, together with such distinguished company as 'VerySpatial', Andrew Chua's Psychology Podcasts, Bob Sprankle's 'Bit by Bit', Kelly Dumont's 'the Educational Mac', Wesley Fryer's 'Moving at the Speed of Creativity', and Geek!Ed!
in fact, it is the only Singaporean podcast to feature in the entire 'education' category at the Store (of which there are more than 5800 listed podcasts as of today)!
what an honour and privilege to fly the flag for Singapore :-)
i would like to thank all of you for your continued encouragement and support. your words and sentiments have motivated me a great deal in persevering to make ventriloquy what it is today :-)
