this twenty-fourth episode of ventriloquy is the seventh in a series which records the conversations that my students and i have in class, around the microteaching sessions that i've designed to be part of their postgraduate teacher-training course.
this episode is 100 minutes in duration, so i've split it into two files.
the first part is 13.1 MB in size, and follows-up on some very good points that the teacher-trainees raised in their blogs, after having participated in a simulated Parents-Teachers Meeting (PTM), and also as students between the ages of thirteen to fifteen in the microteaching.
Show notes:
- Dealing with interruptions: parents / guardians
- Self-mutilation
- Sex education
- Assisting parents during PTM
- Being true to oneself
- Inclusivity in the classroom: foreign students and autistic students
